About

Adaptive Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis was developed to share the many benefits of yoga adapted specifically for the MS community. Our classes and videos are structured for the treatment of MS symptoms with the goal to improve the quality of life for persons with MS. Our classes are all levels and include postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation.

About Julia Chen

Julia has been studying yoga for more than 15 years and in addition to teaching Adaptive Yoga for MS also teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative Yoga. From her years of studying and teaching yoga she has developed this program to address the most common symptoms of MS and to make yoga accessible and available to as many people as possible.
