Poses included in the sequence:
Wind Removing
Supine Twist
Reclined Big Toe (3 variations)
Eye of the Needle
Legs up the Wall

This sequence is not appropriate if you are more than 3 months pregnant. Skip the last posture (legs up the wall) if you have serious eye problems (such as glaucoma).

Take care of yourself! If at any time you feel pain come out of the pose immediately.
