About

Adaptive Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis was developed to share the many benefits of yoga adapted specifically for the MS community. Our classes and videos are structured for the treatment of MS symptoms with the goal to improve the quality of life for persons with MS. Our classes are all levels and include postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. We hold public yoga classes in Carlsbad, California and provide workshops for students and yoga teachers.
